Tapered Roller Bearing
SLZ---tapered roller bearing is a bearing unit composed of machined
tapered-inner & outer races and tapered rollers. It is usually used as
supporting bearing, and can simultaneously bear bigger radial & axial
force. Because of tapered-roller number, it has very high dynamic load
& static load, and also high rigidity. It is widely used in lathe,
metallurgical and textile machinery; motor, driving shaft, gearbox and
other location & supporting location.
Types of Designs: Raceway structure of this bearing shapes up
tapered, therefore it is especially suitable to radial & single-axial
load or combined load with great loading capacity. The bigger the contact
angle is, the greater the axial load capacity. Inner and outer races are
separated type and can be mounted through static coordination.
Product Precision Accuracy: Dimensional tolerance and
geometrical accuracy is based on GB/T307. Matched tapered roller
precision grade is Ⅲ (ISO JB/T10235).
Materials: Material for needle roller is GCr15 bearing steel,
quench-hardening HRC60---65. Material for inner and outer races is
GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC61---65. Material for cages is
quality low-carbon steel.
Special Directions: Inner components and outer rings are
separated. Easy to be mounted, gap can be adjusted, and axial
pre-tightening force is to be exerted. For general-disposition design
of bearings, refer to the relevant recommendation in the applied
technology of rolling
bearings.
